Details

Rise is a payment and compliance platform for global workforce management, offering hybrid payroll solutions in fiat and cryptocurrency for businesses and freelancers. Through its Employer of Record (EOR) and Agent of Record (AOR) models, companies can hire full-time employees or contractors while the platform handles KYC/AML, contracts, tax forms, and compliance processes. Individuals can receive multi-currency payments and choose to withdraw in fiat or stablecoins such as USDC. Its underlying infrastructure runs on blockchain networks like Arbitrum, leveraging smart contracts for on-chain transaction records and automated identity verification, while also supporting traditional bank transfers. The platform additionally provides batch payments, invoice management, and the Rise ID digital identity feature, aiming to simplify cross-border payroll management.
