Details

Rigor is a blockchain-based lending platform for the construction industry, built on Ethereum and deployed on the Gnosis chain. It coordinates transparent capital flows in construction projects through smart contracts, allowing builders to publish projects and funding needs, while lenders can select projects, negotiate terms, and disburse loans directly. The platform supports task breakdown, fund escrow, and multi-party approval to ensure payments are released according to project progress. Its mechanism centers on community collaboration and on-chain transparency, aiming to address trust and efficiency issues in traditional construction financing.
