About Realyn
Realyn is a CeDeFi lending protocol that lets users borrow crypto against real-world assets such as US Treasury bonds, gold and equities. The flow has four steps: a compliant issuer listed in the Realyn Collective tokenises the asset, the tokenised claim is deposited as collateral, stablecoins or other crypto assets are borrowed against it at a set loan-to-value, and the collateral is redeemed once the loan is repaid.
Unlike over-collateralised lending that requires crypto holdings first, this structure gives holders of securities or precious metals on-chain liquidity without selling the underlying; liquidation thresholds are set per asset class, prices come from regulated quote sources, and collateral is held in segregated custody. The contracts record every pledge, draw and redemption, with the on-chain side handling position management and liquidation triggers while the off-chain side handles custody and compliance review, the two joined by issuer claims.
In July 2026 REAL saw average daily volume of about $850,000 to $1 million with the price near $0.07. The protocol runs in four steps: issuers certified by the Realyn Collective tokenize assets such as US Treasuries and gold, deposit them into the LendingPool as collateral, borrow crypto assets at a dynamic collateral ratio, and redeem the collateral after repayment; a disaster recovery fund also covers collateral depreciation and validator misconduct.
Future strategy and roadmap: phase two adds gold, diamond and equity collateral and introduces flash loans and REAL staking incentives; phase three deploys cross-chain to major layer-1 and layer-2 networks and establishes the Realyn DAO to hand over governance.
