About Questbook
Questbook is an on-chain grants management tool built around delegated domain allocation: a foundation delegates budget by domain to allocators, and applications, reviews and milestone payouts are recorded in one on-chain workflow with staged disbursement.
It targets congested reviews, opaque disbursement and applications scattered across tools when a foundation builds its own grant process. In 2026 all five domains of its flagship Arbitrum programme closed, with the portal showing 180 approved proposals and no funds remaining, while grantees still filed completion reports in August and September. The foundation's grants page marks the programme complete, with no new allocation. The tool supports multisig disbursement and application-status export, and funders review allocations quarterly.
