About Qiro Finance

Details

Qiro Finance is a decentralized private credit protocol designed to connect stablecoin investors with vetted asset originators. Its core mechanism is a distributed underwriting network, where independent nodes run data-driven credit models to evaluate borrowers and generate reports, addressing risk pricing and transparency issues in on-chain credit. The protocol employs a senior/junior tranche structure: investors can purchase senior tranches for yield, while underwriter nodes and asset originators are required to hold junior tranches as a risk buffer, aligning their interests with loan performance. Qiro provides on-chain financing channels for real-world assets (RWA) through standardized credit pools and on-chain data monitoring.
