Pruv Finance is a compliant real-world asset (RWA) infrastructure platform. Its core business involves tokenizing regulated financial assets such as money market funds and private credit funds, making them available on-chain. The platform operates under Indonesia's OJK regulatory sandbox, allowing institutions to issue assets that are compliant yet freely transferable.

Its main differentiator is combining regulatory compliance with DeFi composability. Unlike most RWA projects that restrict token transfers through whitelists, Pruv issues tokens that are transferable from day one across multiple blockchains including Stellar, Avalanche, Polygon, Manta, and Kaia. This enables assets to move freely across chains and integrate with DeFi protocols for lending, borrowing, and yield farming.

The market pain point Pruv addresses is the trade-off between compliance and liquidity. Most tokenized assets are locked behind whitelists or non-transferable structures, preventing them from being used in DeFi. Pruv solves this by building compliant infrastructure where tokens remain transferable, giving institutions regulatory clarity while allowing broader investor access.

In the past six months (March to September 2026), Pruv has focused on expanding its multi-chain presence and onboarding new asset types. The platform has continued developing its infrastructure to support cross-chain distribution, with its fund products (including a money market fund and private credit funds targeting Asian markets) being made available across supported networks. The project has also been working on expanding its ecosystem partnerships to increase liquidity access for its tokenized assets.
