About Prophex

Details

Prophex is a decentralized perpetual prediction market protocol built on decentralized infrastructure, allowing users to trade long or short on real-world events (such as politics, sports, culture, etc.) using stablecoins. Its core mechanism employs a virtual automated market maker (vAMM) model, enabling dynamic price adjustments based on market sentiment and supporting up to 10x leverage. Users trade directly by connecting their wallets. The system incorporates an insurance fund, virtual open interest anchors, position and open interest caps, and transparent liquidation rules to ensure market stability and prevent manipulation. Trade outcomes are verified by trusted oracles and settled automatically, with winners receiving payouts instantly.
