PriveX is an intent-based perpetual contract decentralized exchange built on COTI's privacy Layer 2 network and integrated with the SYMMIO settlement layer. It allows traders to trade major crypto perpetuals with up to 60x leverage, without order books or vAMMs, instead relying on external solvers to provide quotes and compete for execution. After a trader submits a trading intent, the system automatically selects the best quote and settles via an on-chain bilateral contract. The platform uses cross-margin accounts and supports sub-accounts for risk isolation, with all trades self-custodied and no KYC required. Its core mechanism is JIT liquidity, where solvers provide quotes only when needed, reducing capital commitment and slippage. A funding rate mechanism keeps perpetual prices anchored to spot prices, and a 12-hour fraud-proof window ensures withdrawal safety.
