Primev

Primev builds mev-commit, a preconfirmation protocol on Ethereum: searchers and solvers submit transaction hashes and bids to block builders, relays and rollup sequencers, which sign a cryptographic commitment to include the transaction in a given block and are slashed on their stake if they fail. The design compresses the roughly 12-second block wait into a millisecond-level execution guarantee, with bids decaying over time and slashing backed by restaked validator sets. On top sits Fast Protocol: Fast Swaps routes trades through a solver auction, Fast RPC gives ordinary wallets preconfirmations, and Fastx402 provides sub-second USDC settlement for AI agents.

Its place is the middle of the transaction supply chain: it does not build blocks or run a front-end aggregator, but turns the commitment itself into a tradable, slashable standardized object that wallets, solvers and sequencers can reuse. Customers are mainly market-making and arbitrage teams sensitive to slippage and inclusion odds, plus payment flows that need immediate feedback. Credibility depends on how many builders accept bids and how much stake backs them, while the bid-decay curve and slashing cap define how large a trade the mechanism can still serve.
