About Pontem Network
Pontem Network is a product studio focused on the Aptos ecosystem, building core infrastructure and applications such as the Pontem Wallet, Liquidswap DEX, and the Lumio L2 solution. Its core strength lies in deep expertise in the Move language and early ecosystem development, providing essential tools for developers and users. The main market pain point it addresses is the lack of mature DeFi and wallet infrastructure on Aptos in its early stages, which hindered adoption. Pontem solves this by offering a user-friendly wallet and a functional AMM, while Lumio aims to improve scalability and cross-chain interoperability. In the past six months (March to September 2026), Pontem has continued to iterate on its products, focusing on enhancing the Liquidswap experience and expanding Lumio's testnet capabilities. Pontem Network originally developed Move language tools for the Diem blockchain. After Diem was discontinued, Pontem pivoted to the Aptos ecosystem, partnering with Aptos Labs to launch Move Playground and IntelliJ IDE plugins, lowering the barrier for developers. Subsequently, Pontem deployed the first AMM DEX (Liquidswap) on Aptos and released the Pontem Wallet. Later, it issued the PONT token and launched Liquidswap DAO for decentralized governance. Finally, Pontem acquired Martian Wallet and integrated it into a unified wallet, expanding its user base.
These milestones mark Pontem's evolution from a tool developer to a core infrastructure provider in the Aptos ecosystem.

Boris Povod (Co-Founder & CTO) - A blockchain developer since 2014, he created the first JS DPoS blockchain (Crypti) and later led R&D at WINGS. He oversees Pontem's technical architecture and product development.
