Ping Network

Ping Network is a decentralized physical infrastructure network on Solana built around turning idle bandwidth into a metered, tradable resource. Users run a light node on their own device and connect unused upstream and downstream capacity, which requesters draw on when they need a local egress point or a stable network path; contributors are credited according to the traffic they actually carry.

Points serve as the network's accounting and incentive unit, marking how much a node has contributed and acting as the measure for later entitlements. Because bandwidth is inherently tied to geography, the value of the network depends on how densely nodes are spread: the wider the coverage, the closer to local an egress can be offered for cross-region requests. Public materials describe coverage across more than one hundred and ninety countries and regions.
