About Pare

Pare is a yield-stripping protocol for tokenised equities on Robinhood Chain that splits a share token into a principal tranche PT redeemable at maturity and a yield tranche YT collecting all dividends until then, with free recombination, aimed at non-US on-chain traders and lenders. It addresses two gaps: Robinhood share tokens pay no cash dividend but reinvest it into an on-chain multiplier, and with no standalone dividend price and no fixed-income instrument on-chain, lending protocols cannot separate dividends from splits and avoid accepting the asset as collateral. It uses the ERC-8056 uiMultiplier with an accountant contract that classifies multiplier changes as dividends or splits over fixed intervals, plus an on-chain dividend index oracle and separate Uniswap v3 pools for PT and YT.

It launched on 2 and 3 September 2026 with four initial series, AAPL, SPY and QQQ maturing in March 2027 and PFE in March 2028; the Pashov audit found no critical or high issues and pSPY/USDG went live on Morpho. Contracts have no pause or upgrade authority, with a guardian and a two-day timelock instead. The PARE token fell about 65% from its 7 September high to mid-September. The product excludes US persons and imposed deposit caps before the audit was published.

Buyback and burn: Launched on Robinhood Chain on 3 September, Pare earns a 0.1% split fee and a 5% dividend fee, with treasury revenue used at its discretion to buy and burn PARE. Supply is fixed at 1B with no mint function, 97.74% placed in the launch pool.

Progress: The first AAPL, SPY and QQQ series mature in March 2027 and PFE in March 2028. The Pashov audit concluded on 19 September, and a pSPY/USDG lending market is live on Morpho, though deposit caps stay until the report is published.

Pare launched its first tokenized-stock split series in early September 2026 on Robinhood Chain, starting with AAPL maturing in March 2027 and quickly extending to SPY and QQQ for four series in total. The protocol splits a stock token into a principal token and a dividend yield token, and published a Pashov Audit Group review with no critical or high findings. In September it also opened its first lending market, pSPY/USDG on Morpho Blue, and released a dividend oracle that any lending protocol on the chain can read for free.

$PARE had a fair launch: a fixed 1 billion supply went entirely into the Uniswap v4 launch pool, with no presale or team allocation, and the developer wallet's 2.26% was bought on the open market and locked.

Future strategy and roadmap: The roadmap calls for external lending plus pAAPL and pQQQ markets in October 2026, a PARE-curated USDG vault and NVDA, MSFT, JNJ and SGOV series in Q4, then first maturities, second-term rolls and a listing vote in Q1 2027. By 2027 the oracle is meant to cover every dividend-paying stock token on Robinhood Chain.

Pare charges a 10 bps fee on each split and keeps merges free; redeeming YT takes 5% of the dividend stream while PT principal is untouched. PT pools sit on the 0.05% fee tier and YT pools on the 1% tier.
