About Parasail

Parasail is a restaking platform focused on DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks). Its core business lets users deposit assets like ETH or stablecoins, which are then used to secure and support DePIN services such as GPU networks, data centers, or CDNs. In return, users earn rewards from those services. The main problem it solves is the fragmentation of DePIN ecosystems: each network typically requires its own hardware, tokens, and user base, making it hard for new projects to bootstrap and for users to participate across multiple networks. Parasail aggregates capital and hardware from existing DePINs, provides a shared security layer, and offers an SDK for networks to integrate service verification and slashing rules. This lowers entry barriers for both projects and users. Over the past six months (March–September 2026), Parasail has expanded its supported networks and improved its SDK documentation, according to its official docs and website. No major negative events were reported in reliable sources during this period, though the platform itself notes that returns are not guaranteed and can vary. The project is distinct from any similarly named entity.

Over the past six months (2026-03-02 to 2026-09-02), Parasail concluded Season 1 with strong community engagement: 123,000+ participants, 77,000+ new users, 41,000+ verified members, 6,000+ delegators, and $490,000 in new delegation value. The platform distributed $72,000 in rewards, including a $50,000 prize pool, while users contributed 16 million+ node hours and earned $17,000+ in DePIN tokens via AutoFarm.

Looking ahead, Parasail is preparing for Season 2 testnet launch, focusing on enhanced play mechanics, deeper integrations (e.g., peaq delegation), and upgraded tools to make supporting real-world DePIN services more seamless. The project also secured a $4M seed round led by Protocol Labs, positioning itself as the value engine for real-world Web3, with six active DePIN integrations including Filecoin, Fluence, Swan Chain, Aethir, Hivello, and Peaq. Official roadmap emphasizes bridging token speculation and usage, driving on-chain value accrual through automated service agreements and economic endorsement.
