About Ordzaar
Ordzaar is a decentralized marketplace for Bitcoin Ordinals, operating directly on the Bitcoin L1 blockchain. Its core business is a zero-fee, permissionless platform where artists can mint, buy, and sell digital assets as Ordinals inscriptions. The main pain point it addresses is the lack of user-friendly, secure, and truly decentralized marketplaces for Ordinals, which have traditionally been dominated by Ethereum or Solana-based NFT platforms. By eliminating platform fees and requiring no transaction signing, Ordzaar lowers entry barriers for both creators and collectors, allowing artists to retain full value from their work. In the past six months (2026-03-12 to 2026-09-12), Ordzaar has focused on expanding its ecosystem through partnerships and tooling. Notably, it announced a collaboration with the Bali Blockchain Centre to preserve and promote local Balinese art by minting it as Bitcoin Ordinals, marking a government-recognized utility case. The team also launched Ordzaar Studio, a fully on-chain launchpad for Ordinals, and introduced an honour-based creator royalty feature to support sustainable growth. However, the ZAAR token is not yet listed on any major exchange, and its market performance has been weak, with a price decline of over 77% in the past month as of the reporting period.
