About OpenBuild

OpenBuild is an open-source community and learning platform for Web3 developers, focused on the path from Web2 engineering into on-chain development. It organises systematic courses, open classes, hands-on challenges and bounty tasks into a progression, and learners who finish them build a verifiable on-chain record usable for job applications or open-source contributions.

Content covers smart contract development, security auditing, cross-chain work and zero-knowledge topics, often co-designed with public chain teams, cloud providers and security firms. The community side sustains activity through multi-city developer meet-ups, hackathons and shared repositories. A job board connects developers with recorded task history to employers, forming a loop of learning, practice, reputation and opportunity. Course material and collaboration records are kept in the open so other communities can reuse them.

OpenBuild's 2026 Solana developer bootcamp ran three seasons: blockchain basics from January 6 to February 6, project practice from March 5 to April 5, and enterprise practice from May 5 to June 5, with 21 Chinese-language communities and 21 university blockchain clubs, while the Vibe Coding course passed 600 enrollments.

Future strategy and roadmap: OpenBuild keeps building developer reputation through courses, challenges, bounties and SkillHub, with AI agents and on-chain payments as its main themes after 2026 and expansion into Chinese-language communities abroad such as Malaysia.
