OKX Chain (OKC, now OKT Chain) is a Layer1 blockchain built on the Cosmos SDK, compatible with both EVM and Wasm virtual machines. It uses a DPoS consensus mechanism and enables cross-chain interoperability via the IBC protocol. Users pay gas fees and stake with OKT, and can deploy or use decentralized applications such as DeFi, NFTs, and GameFi. Developers can build with standard Solidity or Wasm contract tools, while regular users can connect via OKX Wallet or other Cosmos-compatible wallets.
