About ODX

Details

ODX is a DeFi protocol built on Sonic that issues 1:1 asset-backed wrapped tokens (xAssets, e.g., xUSD, xBTC) via a mint-burn mechanism. Users deposit assets (e.g., USDC) on the primary market, which are held by institutional custodians (e.g., Ceffu, Crypto.com) and used to mint corresponding xAssets. These xAssets can then be freely traded, used as liquidity, or deployed as collateral within the Sonic ecosystem. The protocol ensures transparency through oracle-based real-time pricing, on-chain proof-of-reserves, and regular audits, while leveraging Sonic's high performance and low fees for cross-chain settlement. Its design aims to bring traditional blue-chip assets on-chain while maintaining composability and verifiability.
