Nectar AI is an AI character creation and companionship platform spanning text, image, video and voice: a companion mode keeps one long-running character with cross-session memory, a fantasy mode offers ready-made scenarios, and appearance, personality, background and voice are customisable, billed by subscription plus credits.
It targets the difficulty of holding memory and multimodal consistency over time, inference costs that rise with conversation length and subscriptions that mismatch heavy usage. In June 2026 the platform reported more than five million registered users and over twenty-five million images and videos generated, and on 15 August it updated terms with paid subscriptions renewing automatically. Adult content is part of the offering, making moderation and regional compliance persistent pressure.
