Details

NOYA is an AI-agent-driven DeFi execution platform built on the thesis that intelligence should act. It unifies three layers: the intelligence layer provides market data, token analysis, signals, and prediction market insights; the execution layer uses AI agents to translate user intent into cross-chain actions such as swaps, bridges, and deployments; the abstraction layer hides infrastructure complexity while remaining non-custodial. Users can express intent via text or voice, and the agent plans concrete steps, but each step requires user authorization and signature, ensuring users always retain control of their assets. The platform also offers Omnivaults for yield strategy abstraction and supports x402-based stablecoin payments. It leverages ERC-4337 and EIP-7702 smart accounts, ZKML for sensitive computation verification, LI.FI routing, and OpenClaw for gasless execution. It serves passive earners, active traders, and prediction market participants.
