About MyDoge

MyDoge is a self-custodial mobile wallet built around Dogecoin. Launched in early 2022, it ships on iOS, Android and as a browser extension, covering buying, sending and receiving, tipping on X through MyDogeTip, gift cards and a directory of Doge apps; the site reports more than 386,000 users. The wallet takes no custody of assets and adds no fee beyond the Dogecoin network fee, with keys and seed phrases held by the user.

On 8 October 2026 it released V3. The existing wallet remains as Classic Wallet with the same seed phrase, private key, address and assets, while a second Social Wallet is created by signing in with an X account; each has its own seed phrase, and V3 adds encrypted seed storage, passkeys, authenticator support, email verification and biometrics. V3 supports Dogecoin, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Arbitrum One, Base, Optimism and Polygon, plus multichain swaps. On 30 September 2026 DogeOS opened its EVM-compatible Chikyū public testnet, using DOGE for gas and designed for roughly 3-second blocks and 300 TPS, with games, lending, stablecoin and prediction-market apps opening inside the wallet.

On September 20, 2026 MyDoge concluded the beta of its V3 self-custodial wallet, drawing public praise from the official Dogecoin account; V3 then shipped on iOS and Android with a Social Wallet accessed through X login (still self-custodial, with its own seed phrase), passkeys and encrypted seed storage, plus support for DOGE, BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism and Polygon with cross-chain swaps.

On September 30 DogeOS opened its Chikyū public testnet, EVM-compatible and using DOGE for gas, and MyDoge V3 surfaces its games, swaps, lending, staking, stablecoin, AI and prediction-market apps inside the wallet. On September 17 MyDoge stopped displaying and sending Doginals and DRC-20 tokens after indexer provider Maestro shut its interfaces on 9-18.

Future strategy and roadmap: On the roadmap, DogeOS plans to add miner verification of application-layer proofs after a Dogecoin Core upgrade but has not announced a mainnet date; MyDoge will keep widening multichain swap routes and switch its app entry from testnet to production once mainnet is ready.
