Details

Moon is a cryptocurrency-based payment platform that lets users convert digital assets such as Bitcoin, USDT, and USDC into virtual Visa cards and merchant gift cards for everyday spending. Its core mechanism involves purchasing prepaid cards with crypto, where card balances are denominated in USD and can be used at online merchants that accept Visa, bypassing traditional bank accounts. The platform supports self-custodial wallet connections, allowing users to pay without custodial asset holding, and offers multiple mainstream blockchain and Lightning Network payment options.
