MetaCRM

MetaCRM is a customer relationship management platform for Web3 teams, headquartered in Taipei and delivered as a SaaS subscription. It addresses the split of user data across Discord, Telegram and on-chain addresses, where operators cannot tie one wallet to one person, making campaign attribution and support ticketing unworkable. The platform merges wallet activity, token holdings and transaction history from more than 18 chains with off-chain records such as email, forms and tickets into unified profiles, then exposes them as modules: Footprint on-chain behaviour tracking, a customer data platform, marketing engagement and community support. The shipped products are the MetaPanel analytics dashboard, the MetaDesk ticket aggregator and the MetaForm on-chain survey tool, with support added for the Soneium network.

Clients are DeFi protocols, NFT projects and multichain applications. It differs from general-purpose CRM tools such as HubSpot by building profiles from on-chain primitives rather than treating an address as one ordinary field, and and the modules can be adopted separately, so a team can start with on-chain profiles and add support and marketing later. For a new project it works as an operations database replacing spreadsheets and chat back-office tools, without touching issuance or trading.
