About MegaFi
MegaFi builds options and liquidity management on MegaETH, turning an option position into a transferable NFT with collateral and settlement in an on-chain dollar stablecoin.
The trading side, called Hedge, has a user pick underlying, strike, tenor and size; the premium is quoted live, and execution mints an NFT representing that option, which can be held, transferred or exercised before expiry. Because it runs on MegaETH's real-time execution, quotes and Greeks refresh continuously instead of once per 12-second block, and a transaction costs under 0.005 dollars. At expiry the option exercises or expires worthless against an index average from the closing window and the NFT moves to a settled state; market-making parameters adjust with volatility, pool positions and option exposure are booked apart, and exercise proceeds return straight to the user's wallet. A concentrated-liquidity spot pool and automated strategies sit alongside for hedging and fee capture.
MegaFi sets three pool fee tiers on its DEX, at 0.05% for stable pairs, 0.3% for standard pairs and 1% for exotic pairs.
MegaFi distributes net protocol profits from its Hedge options business weekly, with 70% to CoverPool liquidity providers, 20% to the treasury and 10% to the protocol.
