Details

Lyvely is a SocialFi (Social Finance) platform designed for creators, freelancers, and digital entrepreneurs, aiming to combine social interaction with on-chain monetization. Its core features include membership subscriptions, pay-per-view content, live streaming tips, digital product sales, and service bookings, enabling users to directly convert follower relationships into income. The platform employs a hybrid fiat-crypto payment system, supporting credit cards and stablecoins, with plans to launch Visa-linked virtual/physical debit cards for seamless conversion between crypto assets and fiat currency. Lyvely is built on Base, an Ethereum Layer-2 network, with its native token LVLY being an ERC-20 standard used for payments, governance, and ecosystem incentives. Its tokenomics design limits token accumulation from non-transactional activities (e.g., daily interaction reward caps) to deter bot farming, while providing uncapped rewards for paid behaviors. Lyvely has obtained the first SocialFi business license from RAK Digital Asset Oasis (RAK DAO) in the UAE and operates under VARA (Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority) oversight, making regulatory compliance a key advantage.
