Details

Luminex is a launchpad and tool suite for the Bitcoin ecosystem, focusing on one-stop services for assets like Ordinals and BRC-20. It offers a project launchpad that enables creators to self-issue tokens or NFT collections, along with a non-custodial minting tool that lets users mint directly from their wallets, keeping assets under their own control. The platform also integrates a trading marketplace, token discovery and tracking features, and plans to introduce a high-performance trading backend based on the Spark protocol for low-fee, instant-settlement Bitcoin-native trading. Luminex proposed the BRC-69 standard, which uses recursive indexing to reduce minting costs and streamline on-chain pre-reveal processes. Its tools also include Discord bots for community tracking of asset deployment activity. Luminex aims to lower the barrier to participation in the Bitcoin ecosystem, connect projects and users, and advance infrastructure for asset issuance and trading.
