Looped HYPE is the first Liquid Looping Token (LLT) launched by Looping Collective. Users deposit HYPE to receive LHYPE, and the protocol automatically executes a recursive staking strategy via AutoLoop: borrowing HYPE against stHYPE, then staking the borrowed HYPE, looping 3 to 15 times to amplify staking yields. The system monitors staking APYs, borrowing rates, and LST prices daily, dynamically adjusts the leverage multiplier, and automatically deleverages or pauses new loops when risk thresholds are triggered. LHYPE remains liquid, can be traded or used as DeFi collateral, and accrues LOOP points and HyperEVM ecosystem points.
