About Lolli
Lolli is a Bitcoin rewards platform that lets users earn Bitcoin through everyday purchases. Originally a browser extension for online shopping, it launched a card-linking feature with Kard in 2026. Users can link a Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card in the Lolli app, and purchases at over 25,000 partner merchants (including Walmart, Nike, Sephora, CVS) automatically trigger Bitcoin cashback — no codes or extra steps needed.
The core strength is simplifying Bitcoin acquisition: users don't need to understand wallets or transactions; they just spend normally. It works both online and in-store, covering more scenarios. This solves the pain point of traditional rewards programs that offer only fiat or points and require manual activation. Lolli states it never touches card credentials; transactions are handled by Kard's PCI DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure.
In the past half-year (March–September 2026), Lolli announced automatic cashback in March, fully rolled out card-linking to over 600,000 users in May, and saw app downloads exceed 250,000. Redemptions were active, with a peak single promotion of 30% cashback. The merchant network continues to expand. Overall, Lolli is shifting from browser extension to mainstream card-linking, lowering the barrier to earning Bitcoin.
Lolli was acquired by Thesis, marking a strategic integration into the Bitcoin ecosystem with lasting implications for platform growth.
The app enabled Lightning Network withdrawals, advancing efficient Bitcoin reward distribution and real-world usability.
In the past six months (2026-03-12 to 2026-09-12), Lolli's core progress was the relaunch and full rollout of Card Linked Offers (CLO). It announced the return in March, went live in May, and partnered with Kard in August, covering thousands of merchants and surpassing 600,000 users—its biggest product upgrade since joining Thesis. Users link Visa/Mastercard and automatically earn bitcoin on everyday spending, stacking with existing card rewards.
In September, Lolli partnered with Cash App to offer new users a $15 bitcoin bonus for their first purchase of $1+ in bitcoin, lowering the entry barrier. It also partnered with Spark (Lightspark protocol) to optimize Lightning withdrawals, with more wallet integrations planned.
Lolli's official roadmap centers on deepening Thesis's "earn-borrow-spend" circular bitcoin economy: users earn via Lolli, borrow on Mezo (fixed 1% APR), and spend through Bitrefill. CLO will keep expanding merchant networks and local offers, while Spark integration will improve withdrawal speed and ecosystem interoperability.
