LiveArt is a fractionalization and trading protocol for art and physical assets that converts museum-grade works and luxury goods into ERC-20 fractions backed one-to-one by the originals, with physical custody at professional vaults and holders able to trade, stake and borrow, while smart contracts trigger buyouts and automatic payouts once 100% of an asset's fractions are acquired. It targets the liquidity lock and high entry bar of top art markets: retail investors buy in by fraction, on-chain pricing is backed by an AI pricing engine that ingests real-time data from over 3,000 sources and 10 million historical sales to output indices, volatility and risk signals, with oracles refreshing metadata. The protocol spans 17 chains and connects more than 5 million wallets.

In the RWA track, LiveArt has shifted from its earlier LiveArtX NFT marketplace and $ART token toward physical art finance, with spot coverage of blue-chip prints by Banksy, Kusama, Hockney and Haring plus structured products and API data services. Secondary depth is thin for some fractions: the Kusama Pumpkin fraction corresponds to only about $24,000 on-chain, a clear gap between trading depth and its blue-chip backing.
