Details

Liquidswap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) deployed on the Aptos blockchain, utilizing an automated market maker (AMM) mechanism and developed by the Pontem Network team. It enables users to swap tokens, provide liquidity to earn trading fees, and create new liquidity pools. Its core mechanism includes two curve types: the constant product formula (x*y=k) for uncorrelated assets, and the Stableswap formula (x³y+xy³=k) for highly correlated assets such as stablecoins, reducing slippage. The protocol also features an emergency brake function managed by a multi-signature, allowing trading to be paused and users to redeem liquidity in abnormal situations.
