AI agents, stablecoin payments and real-world assets all heated up at once while research supply grew homogeneous, and the value of an independent analyst is to explain the incentive structure: who pays, who carries the risk, and whether the data can be checked. The limits are just as clear. There is no tradable asset and no measurable output, readers cannot verify a track record, and influence accumulates only through the reach of individual essays.
Liminal Collective should archive the essays into a searchable topic library, publish past calls including the misses, and replace pure community operation with joint research or paid subscriptions.
