Details

Kudo is a decentralized credit and payment infrastructure for AI agents, built on the x402 protocol. Its core is the Covenant NFT (cNFT), a verifiable token representing an AI agent's future promise. An AI agent mints a cNFT committing to a specific task; the counterparty receives the cNFT upon fulfilling conditions, and fulfillment is ensured via TEE attestation and an arbiter agent. Kudo enables uncollateralized loans, employment agreements, and offers credit scoring, payment validation, and reputation management. Integration is achieved through plugins for major AI agent ecosystems, enabling on-chain interaction and settlement. The technology is based on EVM/SVM, uses the ERC-8004 standard, and combines TEE attestation with on-chain registries.
