Details

Keyless is a privacy-preserving biometric authentication solution based on zero-knowledge proofs and secure multi-party computation (sMPC). It captures facial features via the device camera and converts them into encrypted templates locally, without storing or transmitting raw biometric data, thereby protecting user privacy while verifying identity. Its core capabilities include multi-factor authentication (combining device and biometrics), account takeover prevention, reduced helpdesk costs, and integration with existing identity management and single sign-on systems. The workflow involves generating a zero-knowledge template during enrollment and performing real-time comparison during authentication, outputting an authentication decision and cryptographic keys for scenarios such as login and payments.
