K25.ai is a live-stream prediction platform for Asia-Pacific audiences, pairing real-time sports and entertainment content with prediction markets so viewers can take positions while watching. It addresses two mismatches: conventional betting and prediction interfaces are complex and detached from content, while streaming platforms lack direct monetisation tools. AI handles event detection, video understanding and data extraction, turning key moments in a broadcast into settleable markets and replacing human adjudication with model decisions.
Compared with general prediction markets its scope is narrower, focused on sports, esports and entertainment, with revenue from trading fees and content partnerships. AI adjudication is both the efficiency gain and the dispute risk, since outcomes depend on how the model reads footage and data. The platform operated in Asia-Pacific during 2026 and expanded toward Thailand, Singapore and Japan, while the KXXV token had not been minted as of August and had no secondary market, with the team warning that same-name tokens elsewhere are fake.
On August 14, 2026, K25.ai launched the KXXV token community round with an initial subscription cap of $200,000, closing once fully subscribed. KXXV will serve as the utility and participation token of K25's AI-native live prediction market, letting holders create prediction events, take part in partial governance and enjoy platform fee discounts. Earlier, K25.ai closed its Series A with strategic support from Amber Group at a $200 million post-money valuation; its Pre-A was led by Nasdaq-listed NewGenIVF Group.
Future strategy and roadmap: Future strategy: Using self-developed AI infrastructure for real-time market generation, content monitoring and outcome adjudication, K25.ai combines AI with live-streaming content across sports, esports and entertainment prediction scenarios. After the community round, KXXV will be released exclusively through token.k25.ai, and the project will build an AI-native prediction-market ecosystem around event creation, governance and fee-discount utility.
