Details

Jimbos Protocol is a reactive concentrated liquidity protocol deployed on Arbitrum, designed to maintain the price stability of its token JIMBO by dynamically adjusting liquidity distribution. It utilizes a liquidity rebalancing mechanism that allocates the protocol's ETH liquidity across different price ranges (called "bins"). When market prices fluctuate, rebalancing is automatically triggered to ensure the token price stays above a set floor. The protocol sustains its ecosystem through a tax mechanism (4.5% fee on buys and sells) and liquidity management.
