About Jarsy
Jarsy is a private-equity tokenisation platform on Base that packages shares in unlisted companies such as SpaceX, Anthropic and Stripe through special purpose vehicles held by Delaware LLCs, issuing ERC-20 tokens 1:1 against those shares, with a $10 minimum and payment in USDC or local currency. It addresses a market long reserved for institutions, where single allocations are large and settlement runs for weeks: orders first pool commitments in a presale, the platform buys the underlying shares once demand clears, tokens are minted per share, a proof-of-reserve page publishes the token-to-share ratio, and redemption converts tokens back to cash at the platform's own pricing.
Within tokenised RWAs it follows the same SPV beneficial-interest route as PreStocks, differentiated by Base settlement and a mobile app that handles KYC and portfolio tracking. Scale is the binding constraint: positions in a single name sit in the low hundreds of thousands of dollars, order books are thin enough that a moderate order moves the price, US users are excluded from issuance, and the tokens carry no voting rights.
In 2026 Jarsy turned itself from a small platform where you could buy SpaceX into one of the broadest pre-IPO tokenization gateways by coverage. Third-party comparisons show about 30 names on its shelf spanning AI, space, defense and fintech, including SpaceX, Anthropic, OpenAI, Stripe, Cursor, Kalshi, Discord and even ByteDance, with orders from as little as $10, and it is one of the few platforms open to both US and non-US users.
Each token is backed 1:1 by the economic interest in the corresponding shares held by a Delaware LLC Jarsy sets up, with ownership documents and share certificates disclosed and token supply and trade records verifiable on-chain; buyers get economic interest, not shareholder status, and on liquidation the platform sells the shares and returns equivalent dollars in proportion to holdings. Fees are not cheap: a one-time 5% platform fee plus a 5% carried interest fee, and some names carry potential lockups of 6 to 12 months. Liquidity is the openly acknowledged weakness: the largest holding address for a single name has about 700 holders, the biggest name has about $2.6 million in TVL with almost no growth since the start of the year, and order book matching means exits may require waiting.
Jarsy will add more names and market-making depth, turn proof of reserves plus ownership disclosure into auditable standard practice, and explore compliant secondary trading of the tokens. What really caps this business is not the length of the list but whether there is a counterparty when users want to sell.
