About InventMoney
Invent Money is a finance app for people who earn online, putting gigs, contests and saving in one place: users enter skill competitions scored by AI, take paid tasks aggregated across platforms, and can move earnings into built-in savings and investment tools. The platform says it distributes an agreed share of every revenue dollar to participants in cash rather than points or vouchers. It targets the hundreds of millions of gig workers and creators whose platforms take most of the revenue and who lack tools to build wealth.
Replacing points with real cash sharing is the fundamental difference from most play-to-earn products: the promise is revenue share rather than token incentives, which is more sustainable in theory but requires actual revenue to honour. Early access opened in February 2026 and the product is still being validated. Three risks stand out: transparency of the share ratio, whether referral-driven growth converts into durable revenue, and how a revenue-sharing model sits with financial licensing and securities definitions across jurisdictions.
Invent Money launched on February 24, 2026 alongside parent The Invention Network, disclosing a $4 million pre-seed round backed by Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang, 23andMe founder Anne Wojcicki, Breyer Capital, Blackstone's Joe Dowling, and founders from Circle, OpenSea and EigenLayer. The platform opened an Early Access campaign issuing non-transferable $INVENT points with a 5,000,000 $INVENT leaderboard prize pool, and committed to distributing at least 50% of platform revenue in USD to $INVENT holders. $INVENT will deploy on Solana with TGE timing unconfirmed. By September 2026 the platform added "Train AI" paid tasks paying $2 USDC per verified profile, settling on Base.
Invent Money's Future strategy and roadmap: On strategy, The Invention Network centers the roadmap on the $INVENT TGE as the switch from points to on-chain cash revenue share, initially targeting the 500M+ internet-earner market (creators, freelancers, micro-taskers). It plans to expand mission and competition categories (research, content, gaming, software) with multi-tier referrals and AI-based scoring, aiming to build a "Contribution Capitalism" super-app on Solana that links contributors to real cash flow, moving from Early Access toward public circulation and scaled revenue sharing.
