About INX Digital
INX Digital was founded in 2017 with the vision of creating a regulated trading venue for digital assets. In 2021, the company achieved a historic milestone by completing the world's first SEC-registered initial public offering of a security token, raising $83.6 million, and subsequently listing the INX Token on its own platform. This marked a regulatory breakthrough for blockchain-based capital formation.
In 2022, INX launched INX.One, a unified platform integrating both cryptocurrency and security token trading within a single regulated ecosystem, setting a new industry standard for compliance-driven digital asset exchanges.
A significant strategic development came in 2023 through a partnership with SICPA to form NABATECH SA, a Swiss joint venture focused on developing central bank digital currency (CBDC) solutions. This positioned INX as a technology provider for sovereign-grade blockchain infrastructure, extending its reach beyond retail trading into institutional and governmental applications.
In 2024, INX divested its Israeli broker-dealer subsidiary and obtained a money transmitter license in Texas, streamlining operations while expanding its US regulatory footprint. These milestones collectively illustrate INX's evolution from a pioneering token issuer to a diversified, compliant digital asset infrastructure provider.
