About INIT Capital
INIT Capital is a money market on Mantle and Blast whose core idea is a lending pool that third parties call as a plugin: an external protocol submits a Liquidity Hook contract and can offer looping, leveraged LP, perpetual margin or flash loans to users without building its own liquidity. Assets sit in isolated pools, positions are separated as Multi-Silo, and rates float with utilisation. Liquidation uses a dynamic premium that rises linearly as the health factor deteriorates, capped so a position is never seized outright.
Within Mantle it acts as the funding base for strategy teams: looping and leveraged products from DEXs such as Merchant Moe and Agni plug into its pools, and more hooks mean stronger borrow demand and higher deposit rates. Compared with general markets like Aave, composability comes before risk isolation, with each hook and position carrying its own exposure. Pool size has fallen more than 90% from its 2024 peak, and the Blast deployment is down to roughly $90,000 in locked value.
Through 2026, INIT Capital kept operating its Liquidity Hook money market on Mantle and Blast, with TVL around $2.03M in August after peaking near $7.5M in July. No major new fundraising or mainnet upgrade was disclosed during the year.
Future strategy and roadmap: INIT Capital plans to keep refining Liquidity Hook yield strategies and to expand supported assets and chains alongside Mantle and Blast ecosystem growth.
