Details

Highlayer is a Bitcoin-based 'sovereign rollup' focused on providing verifiable AI inference services. Its core mechanisms include: a Determinism Layer that strictly controls model inputs, weights, and random seeds to ensure reproducible outputs; a Fraud-Proof Protocol that allows nodes to challenge suspicious inference results and enforces correctness through penalty mechanisms; and an On-Chain Attestation System that hashes, timestamps, and publishes all outputs on-chain for verification by auditors or smart contracts at any time. Developers can write decentralized applications (dApps) in JavaScript and obtain tHI tokens via the testnet for development and testing.
