About Hadron Founders Club
Hadron Founders Club is a global Web3 founder community and accelerator powered by Polygon, headquartered in Dubai, with 200+ founders and 50+ portfolio companies. Core offerings include a four-week virtual sprint program (Hadron Collider) featuring 1:1 mentor office hours, a founder peer network, Demo Day with investor introductions, closed-door industry workshops, plus Polygon ecosystem resources and clubhouse access in New York and Dubai.
The market pain point it addresses is the difficulty early-stage Web3 founders face in accessing the right network, guidance, and capital—building alone is hard. HFC helps founders filter out noise, focus on core building, and accelerate their fundraising journey through structured acceleration, community collaboration, and hands-on events.
In the past six months (March to September 2026), HFC participated deeply as a Founding Partner in Dubai's MENA Blockchain Week in May 2026, establishing a founder campus hosting meetups, private networking, and mentorship sessions. It also ran Pitch Storm pitch events in Dubai and launched an RWA Payments & Infrastructure accelerator cohort.
Since March 2026, Hadron Founders Club has advanced on two fronts. In May, it became a Founding Partner of MENA Blockchain Week (MBCW) 2026, with its Dubai founder campus serving as an anchor hub for private networking, mentorship and founder meetups during the citywide event. It also launched Hadron Collider 1, a 4-week virtual fundraising sprint offering 1:1 office hours, a founder network, Demo Day, warm intros to VCs/angels/KOLs, and optional co-investment on founder-friendly terms, plus Polygon ecosystem credits and clubhouse access. The Dubai campus continues to operate as a cross-ecosystem hub, having hosted communities such as Polygon, Base, Hyperliquid, Ethereum, Miden and Sentient. Looking ahead, the official roadmap focuses on deepening regional ecosystem integration via MBCW and similar initiatives, while scaling structured acceleration programs like Hadron Collider to help early-stage Web3 and frontier-tech founders close funding faster and establish roots in Dubai.
The confirmed active core executive of Hadron Founders Club is Ajit Tripathi (Twitter: @chainyoda), currently serving as General Manager and core contributor, responsible for operations and growth of this Polygon ecosystem founder community. He has 28 years of experience in finance and technology, previously serving as Strategic Advisor at Polygon Labs, Head of Business Development at Aave, Business Development Consultant at Binance, Partner at ConsenSys, Director of Global Blockchain at PwC, Director at Barclays, and Vice President at Goldman Sachs. He is also an active angel investor with investments in Monad, EigenLayer, Movement, Avail, Scroll, and other Web3 projects. No reliable information on other co-founders has been found so far.
