About GoQuant

GoQuant is institutional trading infrastructure for digital assets, delivered as a modular stack that can be deployed whole or component by component, serving hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, market makers and OTC desks. The pain point is execution and data spread across many exchanges and vendors, where slippage and reconciliation erode returns. Components include GoTrade for order execution and management, GoMarket for cross-venue market data aggregation, GoRisk for pre-trade risk checks and position limits, GoOps for transaction cost analysis and reconciliation, and GoSettle for multi-custodian settlement, alongside GoDesk for block trading, GoCredit for credit and lending, and GoDark, an on-chain dark pool built on MEV-protected infrastructure. Matching spans more than 40 centralised, decentralised and OTC venues, and pricing is fixed rather than charged on volume.

It acts as an execution-layer supplier rather than a counterparty, with the stack self-hosted on the client's own machines so strategies and positions never leave the client environment and latency and availability depend on client-side hardware and network. In practice the quality of the unified order book depends on the stability and rate limits of each exchange interface, market-maker clients configure inventory and hedging logic themselves.

On May 1, 2026, Miami-based institutional trading infrastructure firm GoQuant released GoCredit, a quote-driven lending marketplace where institutions submit configurable RFQs (asset, size, tenor, minimum rate and collateral ratio), backed by full-lifecycle loan management and automated collateral monitoring. Initial partners include Maple, Two Prime, Capital Union Bank, 1Konto and Valos.

The GoQuant product line also includes GoTrade (execution and order management across more than 40 venues with sub-50-microsecond latency), GoMarket (normalized tick-by-tick market data), GoRisk, GoOps, GoSettle (automated settlement across multiple custodians), GoDesk (OTC block trading and RFQ) and GoDark (an on-chain dark pool supported by Copper and GSR with MEV protection). Founded in 2022 with a team of 50, the company closed a $4 million seed round led by GSR.

GoQuant's GoDark will start with a spot dark pool before extending to perpetuals, futures and options; GoCredit will keep adding lending venues and collateral types, forming a full institutional trading stack spanning execution, data, risk, settlement and credit.
