The project targets creators who want to launch tokens around stock or real-asset narratives and gain liquidity through community exposure.
Genius.fun went live on BNB Chain on the evening of September 17, 2026, letting creators pair community tokens with tokenized stocks such as bStocks, Ondo, xStocks and 4Stocks. One percent of trading fees flows into a foundation treasury that accumulates equity exposure, 0.25% funds buybacks and burns, 0.25% goes to creators, and a token graduates to PancakeSwap at 15 BNB raised. First-day volume was about $47.94 million across 338,869 trades, with $216,380 in creator fees and $91,310 for buybacks; 38 tokens graduated and Gstock briefly reached a $20 million market cap.
Genius.fun's stated vision is to batch bStock exposure in 15-minute cycles and unwrap it into real shares held by an ownerless Cayman foundation that can act as a legal entity and exercise shareholder rights, with a shared vault under a fixed multisig. The feature is still marked coming soon, and the foundation says more markets will arrive through a forthcoming product called gPerps.
