Details

Galoy is a Bitcoin-native core banking infrastructure for regulated institutions, keeping dollars, euros, Bitcoin, and stablecoins on a single double-entry ledger. It enables Bitcoin/Lightning and stablecoin payments, Bitcoin-backed lending, and Bitcoin exchange, and can sit alongside existing core systems. It uses an event-sourced architecture: balances are derived from immutable events, with approval controls, audit trails, and regulatory reporting. Core components such as the Cala ledger are open source, so institutions can inspect and deploy them.
