GCExchange is a digital prime brokerage operating since 2018 under the GCEX brand for institutional and professional clients, with teams in London, Copenhagen, Zug and Dubai. Clients are hedge funds, family offices, wealth managers and brokers. Spot crypto, FX and contracts for difference sit on separate venues, while institutions want one counterparty for quotes, clearing and collateral management.

Pricing is straight-through: FX, spot digital assets and CFDs are quoted by tier-one liquidity providers, with the platform matching client orders and clearing them, and crypto can be posted as collateral that keeps earning. The XplorDigital suite covers a spot platform, trading terminal, risk monitoring and back-office accounting, and can be delivered as a white-label exchange. Authorisations include UK Financial Conduct Authority investment firm status, a Danish MiCA crypto-asset service provider licence, and a Dubai VASP licence.
