Details

Flux Finance is a decentralized lending protocol built by the Ondo Finance team, forked from Compound V2, with open-source and audited code. It allows users to lend stablecoins (e.g., USDC) to earn interest, or borrow stablecoins by collateralizing OUSG, a tokenized US Treasury issued by Ondo Finance. OUSG is the only accepted collateral, with its underlying invested in tokenized funds like BlackRock BUIDL. The protocol uses an overcollateralized pool model, with permissions enforced per asset: USDC lending is permissionless, while using OUSG requires satisfying its permission requirements.
