Firstset

Firstset is a cryptoeconomic infrastructure operator based in Zug, Switzerland, running validators, open-source tooling and ecosystem incubation for emerging networks that need steady block production and early support. Validator operations cover Ethereum, Solana, Canton, Monad, Celestia, Babylon, Fogo, Flow, Namada, Seda and Genlayer, mostly on both mainnet and testnet, plus a Guardian node for Wormhole; several run under joint brands with Kairos Research, Blocmates and Parsec, with more than $30 million under delegation.

On the tooling side it ships Tenderduty for validator monitoring and alerting, Suitop for Sui participation dashboards, Rexplorer for restaking, and a command-line tool for Lido CSM validator management, mostly open-sourced for reuse by other operators. Incubation includes Brasa, a gasless liquid staking protocol on Fogo whose open-source work also underpins the Fogo Stake Pool, while node upgrades are scripted with a human review step retained to limit version risk.
