About Find Satoshi Lab

Find Satoshi Lab (FSL) is a Web3 product development studio focused on building applications that integrate social, gaming, and fitness elements. Its core products include STEPN, a lifestyle app that rewards physical activity with digital tokens; MOOAR, an NFT marketplace and launchpad; and DOOAR, a multi-chain DEX designed for STEPN users. In April 2025, FSL launched GMT Pay, a crypto payment solution aimed at simplifying transactions within its ecosystem and beyond.

FSL's core competitiveness lies in its ability to gamify real-life activities and create a closed-loop ecosystem where users can earn, spend, and trade digital assets seamlessly. The main market pain point it addresses is the high barrier to entry and poor user experience in Web3—complex wallet management, confusing transaction fees, and fragmented platforms. By integrating gaming, social features, and practical payment tools, FSL lowers these barriers and promotes broader adoption of blockchain technology.

In the past six months (March to September 2026), FSL has focused on expanding GMT Pay's integration across its products, aiming to make crypto payments as intuitive as traditional online payments. The company has also continued to enhance STEPN's features to maintain user engagement, while exploring ways to connect its NFT marketplace and DEX through unified payment rails. However, FSL has faced scrutiny over the sustainability of its tokenomics model, as the move-to-earn incentive structure has raised questions about long-term user retention and economic stability.

Find Satoshi Lab was founded in 2021 by Yawn Rong and Jerry Huang as a Web3 product development studio. Early on, it focused on bridging Web2 to Web3. In 2021, it launched STEPN, pioneering the Move-to-Earn model that rewarded users with tokens for exercising, combining on-chain gaming with lifestyle and becoming a phenomenon.

In 2022, FSL launched DOOAR, a multi-chain DEX, and MOOAR, a multi-chain NFT marketplace, forming an ecosystem where STEPN, DOOAR, and MOOAR support each other, reducing reliance on external platforms. MOOAR went live on Solana and Ethereum as a community-driven venue for creation and trading.

Later, FSL released Gas Hero, a strategy game exploring new paradigms combining social interaction and on-chain economy, and introduced GMT Pay, a crypto payment solution that provides unified payment infrastructure and expands the utility of the GMT token.

These milestones established FSL's path from a single app to a multi-product ecosystem.
