About FWX

FWX Finance is a decentralized derivatives protocol on Avalanche, Base and BNB Chain that replaces the order book with a pool-versus-trader model: traders transact directly with protocol vaults, with no market makers and no limit order book, and slippage is absorbed inside the mechanism. Majors trade through the peer-to-pool Perps Vault, where liquidity providers act as the counterparty and receive 80% of trading fees; long-tail tokens go through a permissionless-listing leverage DEX where any token with liquidity on a major AMM can open long and short positions, with underlying assets held in matching lending pools. Prices come from Pyth oracle feeds driving opening, closing and liquidation, up to 30x leverage, with one USDC cross-margin balance covering multiple positions.

The Automated Position Hedger offloads traders' net exposure so single-asset liquidity providers take no impermanent loss, interest auto-compounds and is paid in the deposited token, and positions are wrapped as NFTs transferable between wallets. Liquidity providers earn lending interest and fees while traders get leverage on permissionless assets, the long tail that major perpetual DEXs such as GMX do not cover. The system automatically lowers position caps on thin-liquidity new tokens, limiting room for large capital, and efficiency depends on oracle stability and external AMM depth.
