About ELLIPAL

Details

ELLIPAL is a cryptocurrency hardware wallet built on the principle of complete offline operation (air-gapped). The device has no Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, or any other wired/wireless connectivity; private keys remain stored in physically isolated hardware, with transaction signing and data transfer conducted via QR codes between the device and a mobile app. Users create transactions in the app, the device scans the QR code to verify and sign, then generates a QR code for the app to broadcast. Firmware updates are performed offline via SD card, further reducing remote attack surface. It supports multi-chain asset management and third-party DApp connectivity.
