Details

Elara is a lending protocol deployed within the Hyperliquid ecosystem, designed to enhance capital efficiency by leveraging Hyperliquid's native Portfolio Margin and Subvault architecture. It offers two types of markets: a Main Pool supporting two-way lending for major assets, and Satellite Pools configured for one-way lending with specific collateral and borrow asset pairs. ElaraVault is its automated yield optimization vault, where users deposit assets and the protocol dynamically rebalances between pools based on interest rates and liquidity data to pursue higher yields. Mechanistically, its liquidation employs an instant partial liquidation model, disposing of collateral at a discount via DEX aggregators, charging zero protocol liquidation fees, and offering higher-than-average LTVs to reduce the risk of full liquidation.
